"Bought a $500 product from them and 2 weeks later needed to return it. I filled out their contact form and never heard back. While it was my fault for not being more on top of it, when I had my assistant reach out today they said they could no longer accept my return since it was outside of the time-frame. I even offered to pay a restock fee."

"BEWARE! Do not buy these shocks!! I purchased their best shocks they sell for my car. The Ksport Kontrol Plus 2 Way Coil-over Kit. They falsely claim that their shocks are rebuildable on their web site and they are not. They also falsely claim that they do repairs of shocks if you sent them back, in which they also do not. When your shock fails, even if it’s a small part they make you buy a brand new shock. They also have no clue about their own products and they will ignore you when you need their help. I sent a video of one of my shock damper adjusters that was spinning freely on my 2 way adjustable shocks. I asked them if I could send the shock in for repair. They told me they do not do repairs, as their web site states, they also told me that my shock was not repairable and had to be replaced. So I purchased a new $450 shock, once the new shock arrived and I removed my broken shock I was able to see that my shock only needed a set screw to be tightened up, it took me 3 turns of an Allan wrench and it was fixed. Also the part that the set screw sits in is a small and very easily replaceable part. They told me the part that broke was in fact inside that shock and that the shin itself was trash. They had all of their technicians and their factory workers watch the video I sent them and they all agreed the schock was not fixable and must be replaced. For an entire company to not know about such a simple issue is ridiculous. To make things worse they now will not answer my calls or emails anymore because I asked to return the shock I did not need. It’s been two months now and they keep dodging my calls and emails. The only way I can talk to anyone is if I block my number first, then when they answer they just tell me thell have someone contacted me. But of course no one ever does. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with . They are full of lies, they are incompetent and they are now trying to rip me off. Get another brand. Any other brand. This will be nothing but headaches and cost you money. . Pic of the part with set screw. This is the part they told me could not be removed or replaced. You can see the Alan key set screw in the center of the adjuster. And they would not sell me this part either. I have a bunch of emails from them with then stating the facts I have spoken. Wanted to update this. I called again today and they refuse to take back the shock they made me buy for no reason. After calling and emailing for months with no response they finally just said “too bad we’re not taking it back” and hung up. It is 12/7/23. I’ll be calling my CC company and leaving LOTs of reviews all over now."

"Big brake kit for Mini 2004, website claims 13inch rotor and caliper will fits inside a 17inch rim. Well no it doesn't, just had to spend another $1000- and buy 18inch rims to accommodate brake package. Rang K-Sport to ask them to change website info and was basically ignored. Not a good experience for my first purchase from them, and I'd say my last"
