There are a few staff members who do their job very well connecting to the customer helping the customer, but there are quite a few employees who you can absolutely tell They don't want to be there. To me it doesn't matter I'm there for parts. I'm not there to be buddy buddy. But there should be some kind of a friendly connection to the customer to keep them coming back."
