"I called in to see how busy they were. Shortly after, I headed over to get my tires rotated and balanced. The team did an awesome job and my wheels were way out of balance. They struggled a bit with my wheel lugs, but that was because my wheels were powder coated and the wheel lock was really tight. All told, I was there less than an hour. Fantastic service!"

"My boyfriend dropped my vehicle off to get a new tire. Picked up and found my irreplaceable necklace, which hung from the mirror, broken, sliced in half on my chair. Did anyone tell him or inform him. ABSOLUTELY NOT! How is this customer service? You break things in your customer's vehicles and brush it under the rug, hoping we wouldn't notice. I called and spoke with "said manager" John. He clearly could tell I was pissed, put me on hold, another man got on the phone, Tyler, he claims he was the manager and John who stated HE was, was actually the assistant manager. No Words. Pure negligence and incompetent staffing."
