Coyote Tire Pros

"We've all heard tell of the "Nightmare Mechanic", folks whom look to cheat customers at the first chance! Well, this is the other side of that tale.... I was the "Nightmare Customer"! My car needed a new set of tires, an alignment and the Tie End Rods replaced. I stopped in and discusses this with them, and they set about making sure everything was set for me. A couple hours later I get a call that the tires I wanted are not in stock anywhere in the metro area and they have to be "Special Ordered". He says he can try another avenue, so he said he'd call back and he hung up. About 30 minutes later, he calls. Good News! He yelled at 2 people and berated a third and "BAM", tires will be there for my appointment, no special fees for me!! YES! It's falling into line! So, I go out and I'm getting the car ready and what do I notice...????? I gave Coyote the wrong size tire..... Dohhhhhh!! I could have sworn they were 17 in wheels, but they weren't, they were 18 in! So I go back and tell Coyote. Did they yell at me, hit me with a stick or something, NO! Guy looked at me, like only another car guy can, smiled and got to work! In the end, they had to battle my stupidity, a bad Nut/Lug and they did it with professional dignity and kindness!! The people at Coyote Tire are OUTSTANDING!!! Great service done right, and if you mess up, they won't make a big deal of it!! Highly Recommend Coyote Tire Pros!!"
