"Let me start off by saying I absolutely hate car dealerships. I would rather work at my job seven days a week than go to a car dealership. But Toyota of Surprise is a different story. From the start, the receptionist was amazing. Our sales person Hannah was awesome the entire time. She wasn't pushy or quick to get us to buy a car. She chatted with my wife and I the entire time about random things. It was an amazing experience. Freddie or Freddy, our finance person was also amazing. He was the first finance person I've ever encountered who didn't try to push every single add on possible to our payment. He talked with us, and actually helped us figure out what we would actually take advantage of with our new car. While we got our car cleaned out, Hannah got our new car back to detail, so we didn't have to wait any time at all to finish up and get home. Long story short, this is one of the best dealerships I've been to. I will definitely buy my next car at Toyota of Surprise. Go here before you go anywhere else when wanting to buy a car. Seriously."

"Keith Willis was a pleasure. We had to wait about a month for our beautiful RAV4 Limited. Keith kept us informed on the car status and expected delivery date. The technology is amazing and will take awhile to totally understand. Keith told us call anytime with questions. I will say the finance guy was pushy, rude and obnoxious. I was extremely annoyed. The best was when he told us we spent $5000 more than we should have because we didn't need a hybrid. It definitely put a negative moment on what was enjoyable. This guy doesn't represent your dealership very well. Then apologized at the end. If this truly is your tactic, shame on you."
