"Received an e-mail 6 days after the online purchase was made, in which they let us know that they don't do international (Mexico) shipping and our order was cancelled. Nowhere on their website do they state that they don't operate internationally. We were already counting on this order to arrive this week, delaying our operation and creating plenty of problems. Terrible customer service from Frank Pacheco, who didn't care to give an explanation or at least issue an apology, all the e-mail says is: "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED THANKS" Would not recommend their online services to anyone."
