Despite the late hour, I WAS TREATED to outstanding old fashioned customer service, not only did they have my bulb in stock but they even installed it for me to insure l safely got home. "My wife had a terrible interaction with the Bear Canyon store few days ago regarding a battery replacement. She spoke in-store to a manager named Mark. We wanted to try and replace a small 4-wheeler battery because it seemed to be dead. We had purchased the battery previously from the store and she was asking if it had a warranty Mark apparently was having a bad day and was quite rude to her. He told her it had run out a month before and the one we had was a replacement already. So basically we had two bad batteries in a very short period of time. He was very short with her, telling her that's just how it goes and there was nothing they could do. When she asked him if that's what we could expect from batteries bought there, he told her to shop elsewhere for batteries. Wow. I was shocked. I've been going there for some time now but no more. Mark was a terrible representative of the company and I won't shop there again."
