"One employee looked me in the face the entire time i was in this store. Not offering to help a customer is one thing, but actively obstructing their shopping is another. As i was looking at some fuses and wiring i was going to buy, an employee literally got in between me and the shelf as he looked for items for a different customer without so much as acknowledging that i was even there. I put any items i had back on the shelf and left. I was amazed at how bad the customer service was."
"This morning 8/28/23 I had some appointments to go to but when I got in my car it wouldn't start. I got a jump start to get it going but it didn't hold the charge. I knew I had bought a battery from AutoZone some time ago but wasn't sure when. I called and found out that the warranty for the battery ran out 2 days ago!! They told me to come in anyways and they would still replace the battery under warranty. David and Harmony are the sweetest and nicest employees ever!! David put the battery in right then and there for me and was so nice. Next time I need anything else I will go back and see Harmony. She is so nice and so helpful and always so happy. Thank you Harmony and David!!"
