He looked up or vehicle make/model and walked us through options for wipers based on personal experience and knowledge. He gave us a great deal as first time shoppers and even installed all of the wipers after purchase, walking us through how we can replace them in the future. "I'm traveling out of State for work and my vehicle was having issues with the battery. I went in to get the Battery checked and was recommended to get it changed. I had recently purchased a battery at a different location in Washington. Apparently, the store installed the incorrect battery that was sold to me. The store manager Jose installed the new battery for me and gave me recommendations to maintain the battery at full health. I definitely recommend this store due to outstanding customer service.
