"Spent nearly $2000 on new iPhone 15 pro max. Asked about wallet warranty, the Apple mag wallet I spent $60 on when I bought my previous $1200 iPhone 14. Didn’t want to help me with that at all, or sell me a new phone case or anything. Trash service. Told me it would be a 45 minute wait to even get the process started. No wonder people switch to android"

"They had a watch in stock, but only Penny can do watch sales, and Penny is busy. The product I want is sitting on a shelf but nobody can get it for me. Just Penny. The store manager said, “Every place has a system buddy.” Great. Is it a good system for your customers, buddy? Just shop online."

"Start off by walking in the Apple Store and no one would assist me saying with another customer when they’re standing in a corner with themselves playing on Facebook. But Both visits and 5 employees couldn’t figure out my issue with my watch. Said it’s faulty hardware then Told they wouldn’t send in to get fixed unless I put a hold of full amount of watch even thought I had every warranty on it through Apple care +. Took to a third party store that fixes watches and they literally had it fixed in less then 10min without giving me the run around of it’s a software issue. They seriously need to train their employees to do the jobs May it be sales or trouble shooting. Will not be going back to this Apple Store ever again horrible customer service and just terrible service for supposedly experts that couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag without instructions taped to their foreheads."

"Extremely helpful and friendly, I had my phone repaired and it passed all diagnostics. 2 days later, I had new problems (no WIFI, Bluetooth and I kept losing cell signal. Returned to the Apple Store about an hour before they closed. Most of the employees stayed late and made sure my phone was repaired prior to me leaving. They were willing to go the extra mile for a single customer."
