"This place used to be ok. Now not so much. I went to see a takamine guitar that is used and in better conditions is worth 400 dollars, and they wanted 700 dollars for it. When I told the guy it was over priced he got defensive and claimed that they were as much as 1k dollars. I said and even more, but certainly not this model, and not in this condition. He got all huffed up and rude. It has cracks and it's pretty worn down. I used buy stuff here before and it was ok. The staff was nice. But now it's no good. I'll never come here again"

"The people here were awesome and made me an extremely happy customer! I came by to Pawn something for gas money and while I was there a skateboard caught my eye. We were able to work out a deal to where I got the skateboard and enough gas money to get home. highly recommend"

"First off, they will lowball you HARD I went in with a lumix g7 camera (700$ new obviously) I expected 300$ or so cause I know how pawn shops work but the employee was saying it was 200$ used on eBay, this was a lie , the camera used is 400$ on eBay BUT it is around 200$ without a lense, mine has everything and in mint condition, look for yourselves on eBay, Also when they were shocked I wouldn’t take 150$ for it, an employee with greasy hair said “ I’ve never heard of lumix cameras” I said well they’re popular cameras and he walked away mummering “well I’m not a camera enthusiast “ I found Unix cameras in their store lol overall they had very poor customer service, extremely poor prices , and just blatant lying about prices to me, like I know you have to make profit by selling the item but looking at a completely different item is insane"

"For selling your stuff never go to this pawnshop biggest rip off I’ve seen out of all the pawnshops that I go to in Boise brought thousand dollars in Milwaukee Maine brand tools brand new. They offered 150 bucks. if you’re going to buy stuff maybe check it out but don’t trust this these guys have the most respect for most pawn shops here in Idaho, but this is by far the worst one"
