"This store has hardly any changing tables for families to change their babies. This Macy's at least in particular has no regard or care for families. There is no consideration for men either as there is only one changing table in the men's room and it is in the handicap stall which of course was being used."
"This was a very pleasant experience, a employee by the name of Dan Jackson was a very helpful very attentive employee, he helped me through the process, and if it hadn't been for him I might've left the store without buying anything, but because he was such a help and so good at what he did I was able to get a suit that fitted me perfectly right off the rack. He was helpful helping me understand the deals and the discounts and was extremely thorough. Super pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back to buy multiple suits as long as Dan still working there. He was so helpful I asked for his card to get ahold of him next time I come to get a suit"

"I think Macy's is back in full force. They survived the pandemic and are fully stocked and have enough help. I just bought a fancy dress and shoes. Had the most delightful chat with the lady in the shoe dept! (There is a secret hallway to get there) I found 2 pairs, one practical and one fun. Neither in my size. Now problem! She said. We will just order it and it will come right to you next week. Sure enough, they did! Excellent service, lots of choices, free delivery. Who could ask for more!"
