"My daughter and I love Coach! We started shopping here a few months ago and fell in love with their jewelry and perfumes. We have collected some pieces over the months and found ourselves back in last night just to browse. I ended up buying a beautiful necklace and literally imprinted on the new Cassie Crossbody denim bag. I’m not a purse kind of girl, but am always on the hunt for the right bag to fit my personality and this bag was it. We were all equally shocked that I had settled on one after coming in and looking several times in the past. I’m in love. Coach has amazing products and an equally amazing team. We receive genuine, quality service every time we visit this store. We have had the pleasure of working with Demeraye every time we are in and she is lovely. She is always very patient, kind, helpful and personable with us. She has gone above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate her and the other ladies as well. Last night we had the privilege of being helped by every single staff member, from trying things on, to getting us complimentary water, the embossing process and being rung up. Start to finish was truly a great experience and it’s what keeps us coming back. A million thank you’s and we look forward to our next visit!"
