"Our furnace went out on a Monday, I called the office first thing the next morning and they had a technician out within an hour! Mike was great at detecting the issues and determining we needed a new unit. He had Kirk meet us at the house to go over options, he arrived very quickly and both gave us all our options and were VERY patient with us taking some time to discuss what was best for us, they answered all of our questions we had and assured us they knew it wasn't a quick easy decision to make. We had an entire new furnace and A/C unit installed the very next morning. I love the efficiency of Jeff and his coworker. They explained everything to us in detail, made sure we had all our questions and concerns addressed. They had us installed and up and running that afternoon. "Technician came in and said he couldn’t work on the unit until he deemed the unit was safe, did a full inspection, said he couldn’t work on it due to how old the unit was. Even after telling him that I was not the landlord still came back in and asked if I wanted a comfort tech to come and size up the unit to see how much it would cost to be replaced. Overall the technician was friendly… but it would have been nice to know they wouldn’t even try to get the pilot light on before coming out. The two stars are for at least having a friendly demeanor, After talking to some friends I had someone come to help and they were able to get the pilot light lit and now everything is running fine and I’m out $60. Moral of the story… be informed about your heater before having them come out to your place."
