"Took our vehicle to Sallas Auto Repair for leaking anti-freeze, and was told we needed new water pump. Charged us $966.00. imo.. gouged on the price everywhere they felt like it...the labor, the parts, kits, fees for one water pump, which also ran up the taxes. One "fee, was a $80 "garage fee" tacked on. Granted, we approved the estimate, but they hit you with a $79 fee to just look at it and 2 days earlier, a previous dishonest garage in Leawood replaced the radiator ( $848) to stop the leak, IT DID NOT, so we were already over-whelmed and already put out. These richards also recommended changing 6 spark plugs, for $975.00...! Told us a lower ball joint was bad ( brand new a year ago). A truly bad experience for me. Never again."
