"If you want to get any service in timely manner, please go to other places. I went there last year for oil change and tire rotation (I purchased life time service of tire balance and rotation). After 4 hours of waiting, I gave up and left. The manager kept telling me short hands there. However, 4 hours of waiting for those services is not acceptable at all. Today, I visited again for the same service, there were four technicians and two people inside including manager. Same thing happened again. After three hours of waiting, I left. It turned out the number of people working was not the issue. They are simply slow and incapable of finishing their job in timely manner, compared to other places I have visited. I am very much regret replacing tires in this particular place. Please go other tire stores if you value your time. Addition: During my visits, there were not many customers."

"First, I want to say I never yelled or was rude or anything to the staff. Yet the two women were joking at the front in front of all customers "guess everyones getting fired today" and "good, im happy to be fired" because I wanted the services I paid for to be completed. Both are extremely unprofessional women. Now, on to the issue. The washer fluid, tire pressure, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, differential fluid check and fill is included in the service. I asked the desk to make sure she did it, but their sign in store only had washer fluid blocked out with tape. Front desk woman tried to say it was an extra charge. I talked to the tire center manager, but then had to talk to the actual Walmart store manager to make sure they actually check it. Then I said you need to block off all 5 services with tape if they're not being done at this location so the store manager did that. The sign has where applicable for other lube services, but the walmart website and their sign still had those 5 services as check and fill, along with the other check services that I'm sure they didn't do. I heard the staff ttalking about how they don't open certain cases of stuff if your car needs those specialty items, and the store manager was saying "well, let's see if that's the case for her." Just staff being lazy, which is why I brought it up in the first place to make sure they do it for me. Just do it when someone asks about it instead of making a big deal. The photo shows "declined" on many services which I clearly didn't decline. the names of the techs are also listed on the receipt, as long as those are kept accurate. The front desk woman was clearly annoyed at me bringing the issue up but I'm annoyed for having to go through a big hassle to get what I paid for. Service took 3 hours even though I was there at 7:05am and not everything I paid for was done."
