"I contacted David last month about a simple project to have an inherited engagement ring reset. He responded promptly to my emails, and quickly set up an appointment to meet in person. David is an incredibly nice man, and was kind enough to sit down in his comfortable office and explain the ins and outs of what I wanted done, giving me lots of options, and being very patient with my indecisiveness. He even volunteered to order several settings ahead of time so I was able to see them in "real life" before making a decision. And his work is amazing!
