She took loads of time with my fiancé and I to make a custom engagement ring using another jewelers ring as inspiration (didn't go with them because we wanted to use a local company, and their customer service was trash). It's not your typical ring and not particularly expensive, but it's what we wanted and were really impressed with how much time she spent making sure everything was going to be made exactly as we wanted. We went with a salt and pepper diamond and a wood-looking finish on in a vintage setting after seeing lots of examples and running through lots of ideas. Her patience and product knowledge are really impressive. We're ecstatic with the results, literally couldn't be happier, and highly recommend this business."
