"My partner brought in three rings for a refitting, cleaning and repair. One ring was missing a diamond upon return. They replaced it without charge but the new stone partially cracked the band. Another ring’s gem became loose again after a day. The rings had black soot on them. The fitting was done accurately. From our experience, Portsche’s was fine for a refitting, but I wouldn’t take the family jewels here."
