"The staff here is fantastic! We went in looking for wedding bands and the awesome Gabriela helped us. She was patient while we looked at many of the rings multiple times. She helped us decide which ones were best and never pressured us into pricier rings. When it came time to pay not only she, but literally everyone else working helped us figure out the payment options which was good because it was different from what we were going to do when we first went in but it worked out great. Thanks to everyone there, including Don, who helped get the rings sized quickly and back to us before our wedding. Truly a great store with some of the best options for jewelry"

"Don’t waste your time or money here. They can’t pay enough attention to hand the right size ring over and than tell you a price that wasn’t accurate for that ring. Than when there’s doubts that the right ring actually got ordered after all the mishaps and confusion on their end in the store they don’t care. Jessica is just plain rude. Take your money and your time to a jewelry store that will treat their customers right."

"I bought my girlfriend a ring here a few years ago and we come in every few months to get it cleaned. This time we stopped to look at engagement rings just for the sake of looking. I'm terrible with names but the lady helping us was awesome, didn't push us to buy anything or make us feel pressured into it. Then her boss came over and told us we needed to ring up now, assumed we were already engaged (not a big deal since we were looking at engagement rings) but when we told her that we weren't engaged she started grilling us on why we weren't. Told us we needed to put the rings on lay away or get their credit card. Just rude and pushy all around. To the first girl I'm sorry I can't remember your name but you were awesome to work with."
