"Richie, Brandy, Tayor, Angle, and the others are all wonderful and caring people who take great care of their charges. I totally trust Teddy Bear with them. In fact, Bear would not be the dog he is today without them."
"I've been bringing our 3 year old lab since he was 6 months. He gets BEYOND excited when we turn on 95. He loves it there. The new owners are so kind and you can tell they love the animals. I have had ZERO issues and don't believe all you read. We have been very happy there and so has our dog."
"Left my angel in what I thought would be professional hands. Only 4 days later when I picked her up she is a completely new dog. Not only does it look she she has cuts or bite marks all down her back and tail, she is extremely scared being back at my house. She only stays under my bed and won’t come out unless I pull her. I’m not sure what type of trauma they put her through but please be warned and if you love your pets please stay away. I think I would’ve been better off tying her up on side the road while I was gone."
"This place should burn to the ground. I went on vacation for 4 days and left my dog at this "resort" thinking it would be a safe place for my dog to hang with dog friends and get a grooming. Instead, my friendly, affectionate dog, has cuts on her face from god knows what, she won't leave her cage, she's been highly territorial and is acting like she was beaten. I don't know what went on in there but please save your dog and don't let them endure this trauma. Go to hell for whatever you guys do to the dogs : ( my baby is traumatized and hasn't been the same since."
"I have taken my puppy to Paws and Claws for 3 months now and she absolutely loves it. She's always excited to go and gets even more excited when we get there. Their prices are great along with their hours and I love how they are even open for major holidays so I can drop my puppy off when I go to my family's house and not have to stress about her being home alone. She's sleeps great at night, too! Edit: It's been 7 months now since I've been bringing my pup and her and I still love it here. Found out just yesterday that she's hardly ever penned up anymore and has earned the right to just hang out with the staff and volunteers or lounge around outside if she prefers and I was extremely happy to hear that. I love hearing that she's not just penned up most of the day especially since she can't play with others due to severe hip dysplasia."
