"Word to the wise: PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS DONE HERE. I had arguably the worst experience today. First and foremost, the guy running the photo center was annoyed/disinterested in any sort of human interaction from jump. Any simple questions or concerns I had for him during process was met with IMMEDIATE defensive bristling and responses that made it clear he thought I was an idiot. (i.e: I noticed he got a decent chunk the battery wall that the screen was in front of in my photo, so I politely asked if he was going to crop it out, seeing as the Department of State is strict about having a white background and his response was a very frustrated “I’m going to fix it!”). After a 15min wait, I got my photos only to see that the background was digitally edited out and there were very obvious cropping lines around my head, which again goes against passport regulations. When I mentioned it to the girl (the guy was nowhere to be found when I picked up the photos, conveniently), she just gave me a tired, apologetic look and said that they had to do it because of the “no shadows” rule and directed me to the checkout. If this location isn’t even going to bother following ALL government guidelines accordingly, don’t offer the service or at least make that $18 (ridiculous price for the half-hearted chop job btw) refundable."
"Looking through these reviews it comes as no surprise that this Walgreens, and perhaps Walgreens in general is on a major decline. Not only is the staff rude and untimely, but the staff is allowed to run around slapping toddlers willy nilly. Excellent job. Kudos to you."
"The pharmacy at this store is the WORST. The techs are horribly rude, I imagine because they are so over whelmed and understaffed. This is the most conviently located pharmacy in Coeur d'Alene, so I imagine extremely busy. It's making millions of dollars for the company. It should be their pride and joy and needs updating and staffed properly immediately. Their computer system is completely unusable, evidently. Only one in five of the text of ever been able to type something in and immediately give me an answer. Most of them stand there, frustrated, looking uncomfortable for up to 10 or 15 minutes typing away before they say "oh I can't find it" or" it was missentered " You really need to address your computer system. My husband is on 7 monthly prescriptions and it is extraordinarily frustrating to have to come back and forth three and four times a month to get them all when they should all be refilled the same week the same way and picked up the same day every month. It is so frustrating fighting with this pharmacy every month to get all of the prescriptions"
"Terrible customer service within the pharmacy itself. People come to a pharmacy because they are sick. I understand that Coeur d'Alene is busier than ever and that they are possibly under staffed, but to make me feel like I'm inconveniencing their day to pick up medication, and for my two toddlers nonetheless, is unacceptable. I called our pediatrician to ask them to call my prescription in somewhere else and explained my experience. They proceeded to share that they have heard from a lot of people that this Walgreens pharmacy is not easy to work with."
"Absolutely the worst. My medications are very essential. If they encounter a problem with the insurance they never follow up. I called to check on the status of my prescription and was on hold for 40 minutes. I hung up. This is not an isolated incident. Walgreens is the worst. I am switching to a different pharmacy."
