"Quality Inn seems like an overstatement for a hotel of its station. Upon arrival we were made aware that it was pet friendly, I am allergic to pets and asked for a refund as I did not want to risk a reaction. The customer service worker was not accommodating, and blatantly rude. And they refused to offer a refund. We were forced to stay in a room on the third floor which was a very hard climb for my mother who has chronic pain in her Achilles tendons. Aside from all this we were optimistic as to the rest of our stay, only to be more disappointed. The pool and hot-tub were cloudy and disgusting with wads of hair and other miscellaneous garbage in and around the pool facility. (We showered immediately after and no amount of soap or scrubbing could return a feeling of cleanliness) After the night I found myself with an allergic reaction that caused me to be unable to sleep due to irritation that disturbed my breathing. Overall, it is hard to find, the customer service left much to be desired, and the cleanliness was substandard. Would not recommend."

"Most miserable time I had trying to find the entrance to this place ha! Clean rooms and beds, comfy and not bad quality for the price. It's a quality inn, which means cheap price and clean sheets. Not a five star hotel, but cheap and clean. Staff are pretty helpful, too."

"First room they gave me was bad and had hair in the bed so they changed me rooms. I have been here 5 nights now and asked about my room being cleaned a couple times and it still has not been cleaned, according to everything posted in the room your room will be cleaned or at least new linens every 3 days. I would recommend you save you or your companies money and stay somewhere else."

"We stayed here back in July for 3 nights The room we were in had a funky smell that the cleaning staff could not get rid of, they sprayed every day. There were tiny ants on the floor by the cabinet in the room, they did spray them which did settle them down. The pool area isn't inviting and is dated. The Jacuzzi was disappointing to say the least. The breakfast and eating area was top notch, with a really good food selection."
