"Would not recommend. Mold in rooms and my family checked out and we were charged for 3 more nights even though we checked out!? And they don't give refunds so they basically stole money so would not recommend ever."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! We came in town for a concert and it was awful. When we arrived there were three people in the office waiting. There was no one on site to assist with check in. There was a kiosk in the room that wasn't working. My husband unplugged it and plugged it back in to get it to work. We got in our room and it was dirty, dirty towel on the counter, toilet paper not refilled, blood on the floor, couldn't walk through the room barefoot without your feet getting dirty. I went back to request another room. The one they gave me was half the size and worse! My husband asked for our original to be cleaned, asked for a discount or refund. The guy laughed and said "we don't do that." Currently fighting with booking and priceline for a refund. Submitted several pictures. SUCCESS! Got our refund."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Total waste of money! The first room we had when we did our walk through before unloading our car had vomit on the floor around the toilet and on the toilet, the floor has not been moped in a long time (was walking around the room and the floor turned my light gray socks black), splashed drink or something running down the walls in a couple places, the linens looked like they hadn't been washed, someone elses hair dryed to the wall by the "hot tub", the fan by the hot tub didn't work, a light switch was missing its cover, and there was a COCKROACH in the room. When we saw the cockroach we tried to go to the office because we were told someone would be available from 7pm-11am and this happened at almost 2am. No one was available and door was locked. The number we were giving to call no one answered. So the next morning we were moved to a different room for the last night of our stay. This room not any better. The worst thing was the nasty carpet! Also the 2nd room window didn't have a srceen. The wifi never worked. Both rooms the door has a big gap. Also the toilets are way to small! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Not great, pool was dirty on the bottom. Cable never worked, carpet was really really gross!!! Bath tube needed to be cleaned I took a satanize wipe and cleaned it better. Every time we opened the mini fridge it smelt like nasty hot dogs and we never had any! Made the room stink so bad!!! We will never stay here again!! Don’t do it just don’t not worth it!!!"

"Overall, it is the least expensive place to stay near couer d’Alene. That being said, you get a little bit of what you pay for, but if you’re looking for a no frills clean place to stay, this is it. They have a pool, it was kept clean, could use a remodel but overall not bad. The room I got was spacious. I accidentally booked a smoking room, which really only bothered me for about 30 seconds, then I got pretty used to the scent of it. Staff that were there were friendly and tried to accommodate me with a no-smoking room but couldn’t, but that was my fault to begin with, I just appreciate them trying. I would stay here in the future!"
