"Use to be great, changed servers bc I randomly kept losing service on regular days. One time I went over a day or so and all they offered was 5$ or 10$ off 100$ purchase like wth. Still happens to people who have Inland but not as long."

"Thought it couldn’t get an worse than At&at this is not a real company they don’t have phone service it doesn’t work and when you call to fix it they blame the bad service on you and say oh well you have to pay us or it will go toward your credit why pay for a service that is non existent no customer service either they won’t make anything right they won’t refund fix the problem it’s not a real company going back w at& t after I pay off my phone"

"The first year was average to good cell service. Over the last 3 months, (Summer of 2022) I do not have service anywhere in Spokane and have dropped calls in a lot of places. I have been been spoken to support several times. They informed me their "roaming" partner doesn't support a lot of software updates and to expect blackouts for roaming. Because of the type of network, most areas outside of Lewiston are considered Roaming. I have traveled to southern Idaho and Utah and have no coverage at all. I guess you could say this is most like a local plan only, definately not nationwide."

"My Sim card stopped working while my husband had surgery in Coeur d'Alene. I was upset as I was unable to update family members and friends. Whitney from Moscow Inland cellular drove early from her home to bring me a new Sim card and extra phone in case it quit working on my way home. She went more than the extra mile to help out. Thank you for everything!! I've always been pleased with Inland cellular...this was fantastic!!"
