"Excellent job done by the crew. They did a laborious inspection job for my vehicle free of charge, which provided me with a comprehensive list of repairs it needed. I went their for an oil change, which was also done at a very economical price of $42 (tax included). They are really recommended for getting your repairs done, as they have a pretty good turn-around time for any repairs."

"I came in for an oil change end of Jan 2024 as well as an overall check on my car. My tech J Dempsey was fantastic- found my exhaust pipe had completely rotted through and was able to weld/repair it together in time for me to make it back to work. Truly appreciate what he accomplished! I also really liked the walk through he gave me under my car, showing another potential issue to watch out for in the next six months as well as being able to visually see the rotted pipe with my own eyes. This is my second time coming to The Hive for an oil change and all the staff has been friendly, helpful, courtesy, and their prices affordable."

"They have great & genuine customer service, quick, effective repairs, and are honest and reputable. Can't beat. I'll share my experiences with them below. I have worked with them several times between 2 different vehicles and several unique and different issues. They are honest. They have, more than once, told me they did not find anything wrong with a car instead of trying to swindle me into repairs I didn't need. Another local shop suggested almost 1000 dollars of work, to which I could verify myself that the vehicle did not need. The Hive didn't, and this is very appreciated. They are knowledgeable. I had a complicated problem and two other shops looked at it, and all had different opinions. The Hive was the only one who correctly diagnosed it and repaired it. It's too bad that I didn't bring it there first, because I paid a pretty penny to a different shop for something unneeded, and they didn't even drive it after the repair to see if the problem persisted (The Hive does). They are also reputable and easy to work with. After having a repair done with them, I had a small alignment error (steering wheel slightly off-center), and they fixed it quickly, on my time, without argument, and without fees. I had another shop that tried every excuse I could think of to get out of fixing something they did wrong. I believe this shop to very unique for their honesty and honor, and I have every intent to work with them going forward for my time in town. Thank you guys, its one of a kind. I hope they don't change."

"Super friendly staff. Jace (think that’s what his name was) was super friendly and great!! Love the relaxing atmosphere….furniture is worn, a bit dirty but totally what I would expect from mechanics. They had toys for my daughter to play with and even offered a popsicle to give to her. They were thorough and showed me what was wrong with my car. After I left, my brakes even worked better!! Thank you!! Definitely recommend and will keep going to them.
