"This business is based out of Lewiston. They make weekly/monthly trips to replace car windows in Moscow. I set up a claim for a broken windshield through my insurance company and received a call from Advanced Auto Glass. The guy (Steve) told me if I wanted fast service to drive down to Lewiston from Moscow. I'm guessing they do good work, but expect to drive down to Lewiston for "quick" service. Also - the business shouldn't post they are open 8-5pm Monday - Friday. The owner (Steve) said he rents the building to a guy who does glass tinting in Moscow. Call you business Glass Tinting then and tell insurance companies you're not based in Moscow ID. Thanks."

"Had a branch fall on my windshield (06' Pontiac vibe by the way) and needed it replaced. After calling everywhere in Colfax, pullman, and Moscow these guys were the only ones who could get me in within 2 days while still being reasonably priced. The person I talked to on the phone when I set up the appointment was very professional and quick to business. When I showed up for my appointment it was more of the same. All in all, I only spent about 8 minutes actually talking to them. (And that was including an insurance claim) They knew exactly what to do and how long it would take. I showed up to my appointment and dropped off my keys then picked up my car at the end of the day with a job well done. Not much more I could ask for."

"Excellent service and price on windshield replacement. Needed a new windshield, called other shops and had not even heard back from them before calling advanced auto glass and basically instantly getting a price on the correct windshield that needed extra sensors. I wasn't given any information or price even after waiting hours when I tried calling the other windshield shops in the area. I also live an hour outside of moscow and it was really easy to arrange drop off and pick up. If you need a new windshield or other services they offer then you have found the best place to go."

"I had a great experience here and would definitely choose Advanced Auto Glass again if I have another rock chip. I went through my insurance which ended up being easier than I expected. Chandler even gave me a call to see if he could get me in earlier than my original appointment since another customer had to cancel. I wasn't able to reschedule, but I thought that was really courteous. Plus, on the date of the appointment, Chandler spotted another very small rock chip that I missed and filled it on the spot. Definitely recommend these guys."
