"I went to the UPS Store today to take care of several things including copying, scanning and getting signatures for a document. The two employees who were working were so helpful and wonderful to work with. They assisted me through a stressful process that I needed to get done quickly and correctly. All while other customers came in and out. This store is super busy all the time, yet I have always been given great service."

"I use this store often, while there I hear customers going off on the staff about an Amazon "customer packed" return. Amazon often requires you to pack YOUR own return. The store offers packaging options as a convenience, but it costs..... that's part of the business. Don't take it out on the employees. It's a service they offer, which, if you don't want to pay for the convenience, pack it yourself."

"Uodate: The owner asked me to email him. I did and still no response weeks later. Total scam & WORST STORE IN WICHITA. Spent $50 and they couldn’t “find the address” and refused to give me a refund. Gave me a fake customer service number, which was only to another ups store and they asked them to stop giving out their phone number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS UPS LOCATION ON 21st and Rock Rd. ***Update UPS Owner responded that they’re so concerned and asked me to email them. I did and no response! Don’t be fooled. They do not care about anything but taking your money."
