"Pizza was COLD, tried to place an order, and it kept pushing me to a later time. The pizza that I ordered was nothing like the description (Shaqaroni) and my wife's pizza. we ordered extra mushrooms, well there were hardly any. We used to think this was our favorite place."

"Store had no exterior lighting, including signage or anything. It looked liked the store was abandoned. When asked about the exterior lighting the staff said they thought all the exterior lights were burned out. Classy."

"Love Papa John's. Most of the time it's perfect. Felt bad last time we went in, only two people working and they were getting yelled at by a customer but handled themselves well. My pizza was nice and hot. Garlic knots were a hit that night."

"Called in a delivery order, 2 lg pizzas, cheese sticks, and extra sauces, that we paid extra for. Food gets dropped off with no sauces. Since I paid for them, I wanted them. So I called and asked about them and got told they couldn't send a driver out for just sauces. No other offer extended or anything, so I said if I paid for them and no refund or anything, then I want them. Put on hold for 5 min, got told it would be 30 min before someone could drop them off. Didn't take that long, but then the wrong sauces were dropped off! It was in the order, absolutely no reason for a mess up. Oh and I had tipped the driver over 25% on top of the order... terrible customer service."

"Fantastic!! I called in an ordered my Shaq A Roni large with extra sauce. The lady that took my order was very nice and made the retro call in process a breeze. I was told 14 minutes and I actually showed up a little early and the pizza was ready. Everyone inside was nice , smiling , and greeted me when I walked in. As you can see from the pictures the pizza looks delicious, and tasted the same. Give this location a try the crew was on point. On a side note to the lady that took my order I didn't mean to hit #3 on survey I meant to hit #5."
