"It's my own fault. I don't learn my lesson and continue to occasionally give Pizza Hut another shot. I used to love PH, but it went from consistently good to inconsistent to consistently bad over the last several years. The new melts are greasy and tasteless. They continually undercook pizza and seemingly can't cut slices. My pizza was definitely pulled out of the oven conveyor early and was not properly cut. Makes for another bad pizza. I'll just stick with Dominoes. They stepped it up and are way better now than PH."

"Would give less than 1 star if possible. Ordered over the phone because app and website ordering wouldn't work for this location. Was told would be delivered in 30 minutes. Called after 45 minutes to check on order. They couldn't find it in the system. While I was on the phone got a text message saying delivery would happen in 30 minutes. Apparently, they now use door dash instead of their own driver. Got a message from door dash with drivers name and phone number so called her. Initially, she couldn't find my order either, then found it but said it was coming from Hog Wild not pizza hut. Decided to cancel order because I could see the delivery was going to a different delivery prior to.mine and it had now been over an hour and half. When I called to get refund their system wouldn't work so I was told I'd have to go to the store so they could run the refund. The young man who I spoke to on the phone was obviously stressed out as he was very abrupt and rude during each call. When I arrived at the.locationit was dirty and unkempt. The young lady Manager was pleasant and apologized but the overall experience was the worst I have had when ordering delivery."

"We've been ordering from this Pizza Hut for many, many years. (21st & Tyler) The last couple of times it was nothing to talk about. We ordered carryout this evening because our new favorite Pizza place was closed. Probably not even a 1/2 oz of sauce on each Pizza. I'm not a "call and complain" person, but for what we paid, the Pizza was terrible. It seemed like the toppings were just thrown on there. Hardly any cheese. I called and (after being hung up on twice) was was told to bring my pizzas back up and they would remake them. I brought them back up and offered to show him that there was no sauce. I was very nice and even apologized for the inconvenience. I had tipped decently as well. He seemed very irritated and was very short with me. He said to keep the other 2 Pizza's because they were going to toss them in the trash anyway. The 2 new re-makes barely had any sauce as well. My son and I lifted the toppings in the middle to barely find any. With this guy's attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if the sauce was spit. Not eating this. Washing our hands of Pizza Hut for good. What has happened in the customer service industry? I go out of my way to make sure my customers leave happy where I work. We are done with not just this Pizza Hut that we used to like. We are done with all of them. Too much competition out there. You would think they would care. The Customer is the reason the employees receive a paycheck."

"Only reason they received one star is because that is the lowest I could give. Placed a delivery order, estimated delivery time was 65-75 minutes. 2 hours later it was delivered except the forgot the drinks, the food was ice cold. Tried to call 4 times after waiting on hold it would hang up. Drive up there explained the situation they offered to remake it but it would be awhile. Asked for a refund was told that was not an option only a credit would be given. After a discussion a refund was given. Terrible experience."

"EVERYTHING was undercooked! I normally like this location which is why I gave 2 stars. But the pizza crust was literally doughy... Pretty sure that can cause salmonella... If I wanted to bake it at home I would've ordered Papa Murphy's. This was the first time I've ordered pizza hut in a while and probably will never order again."
