"Have been going to location #5946 almost weekly. I take my great niece for lunch after we go to the zoo. This last vist was one of the better visits. The food was hot and the bread sticks we also hot. We only received two with our meal (other times we received at least 5) but did not have any trouble getting more"
"Well, Fazoli's did not disappoint today. I had a great dinner, the food was perfectly delicious, and the cashier/server was very friendly and helpful. I have had subpar visits in the past, but I do realize that sometimes the staffing can change the atmosphere. I am strongly recommending the Fettuccine Alfredo. It's very tasty, but not too complicated. And the breadsticks were tasty as always. You got five stars from me, Fazoli's!"
"Food is good. Taste great and hot. Best honey BBQ wings. Absolutely live the triple chocolate cheesecake. Did drive through. Forgot to add the cheesecake on bill. Gave as new year gift. Thank you. Very nice and pleasant personel"
"Not sure if it was JUST the location we went to but nobody enjoyed it. They sent ravioli when my son ordered spaghetti, forgot to give chips with my daughters sub. The waitress was extremely rude when I kindly informed her that we got the wrong things and argued when I told her of the missing item. Gave 2 stars for service because a different waitress was amazing with handling the issues."
