"We go here frequently, and orders over the app are fine but be aware that we have had several phone orders get lost or get messed up (if they pick up at all). The wait time to get it remade (the most recent time) took a half hour or more. The manager was going to credit our gift card that we used by refunding the cost of one of the pizzas, and that didn't happen either. This place needs an overhaul on staffing and attention to detail."
"We had a disappointing experience with Little Caesars. We attempted to cancel an online order immediately after placing it, but despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach them by phone (straight to voicemail), we were denied a full refund. The managers or staff we interacted with were rude and uncooperative, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the situation we will never go to this location avoid avoid Avoid !! We feel ripped off for something they should take care of which is answering the calls another location did( btw ) but they said they dont affiliate with this location so figure it wasnt going to be a issue we were wrong ....Should of looked at the reviews first my mistake never again extremely disappointed."
"I ordered bread sticks with sauce and they did not include on order. Had to get manger to look at receipt. Still tried to deny until I showed them the item on the receipt. The price is the same with it with out but I ordered with. What a hassle for the to do the right thing."
"Service is terrible now. Lost my order and after 5 minutes found it was right there the whole time. Then came in to find out they failed to tell me the system was down and it was Cash only. Even called in while I was still there and they still told me to come in and I could use a credit card. It was okay pizza, but after the last two times I will never go back to this location again...but due to location, I've came back a few times. Still better places to order from, but wasn't awful. Bummed them up to 2 stars."
"The people they have working there have no clue how to run that place. Called in my order they said 15 minutes I show up 15 minutes and I have to wait in line for 15 more minutes just to get my food as I’m looking at it getting cold. Everybody there was walking around with no rush at all. Even one of the cooks did not have his long hair pulled back or have a hat on. And when I got home one of my pizzas was incorrect!"
