Then she said “I need to enter your phone number again” and I said ###-## and then she started to read it back to me and I said, “no, that’s not it” and she immediately got snippy w me and replied, “I don’t know your phone number by heart” and I chuckled and said…”I’m trying to tell it to you if you’d listen to me.” She came up w her own phone number and then got mad at me because she was getting it wrong.
