"This one lady was rude the second I walked in the door and made me feel really stupid for not 100% knowing what I was doing. The other lady was trying to help me but the rude one jumped in and just said “oh well we can’t even do that” without even making an effort to do so. That’s crazy that this one ups location was the only one who couldn’t ship out my return package which I had a barcode for. Went to a different location they were very kind and helpful and quickly got my package sent out. That lady should not be working anywhere that deals with customer service!!"

"Had very bad experience with the basic service of Amazon return. I had 2 boxes making 1 parcel. They asked me to contact Amazon and ask for 2 separate labels. When explained it came in that way, store rep asked to tape it together, while tape in her hands. I requested for the tape, I was told it’s not possible, will have to buy a new tape and use that. I changed the return and went to Kohl’s. No issues in return. Taking all any kind of future business to the alternative places."

"It cost more to send then it did to make it. I get that shipping is a business, but when I can buy from Amazon and get free delivery no problem it, the gift I sent cost more than I could actually afford. Why two blankets and a picture cost almost $70 to ship is more like fraud. No I will not use your service again unless you can give me $30 back."

"Really like the crew at this UPS Store. Steve is always friendly and on the ball. Also, the young man (Elijah?) is very helpful. They do Amazon returns, shipping UPS and a drop off point for USPS. I am so glad they are there"
