"Horrible customer service. Representatives are rude on the phone. Won't listen to their customers. Driver was rude and in a hurry and wouldn't listen to anything I was telling him. Blocked me from my pallet, and would not let me take my delivery, because he had to wait for us to get the right bol from the shipper. Called their dispatch, and was treated very poorly. Third party delivery, which is probably the only freight they can get. I can't imagine anyone would ever call them and request they deliver anything."

"Tammy on the phone was helpful and courteous. But they’ve got some problems to deal with. Freight is hard but they could do better. My company shipped some items and they were handed off as LTL to Price. Several miscommunications and delivery dates later, my client received the shipment."

"I got a 600 lb delivery. The driver says to me with a straight face. "How we gunna get it down?" off of a semi trailer!! I had rent my own FORK LIFT!! I would say the company lacks on their "completes jobs thoroughly", but after reading these reviews only a fool or a desperate person would do business with them..."

"I didnt know that this company teaches their drivers such as truck P819 to do a check on my reefer fuel level n my lock on my trailer at the truck stop. Who would have thought my mirror can clearly see you walking back there seeing you stop to look at my reefer fuel level.. Then when I question him he just looks like a deer about to get run over. Three guys in one truck. Yea your a great company to work for..... not"

"If I could give less than one star that would be great! This is my 3rd experience with them that was horrible. The first experience the dispatch yelled at me because I asked them to deliver to a different location. The second experience they dropped a very expensive piece of equipment and left before we could even look at it. That cost us $5000. "
