"Worst delivery service. If I could give them a -5 star review, I would. Ordered a washer and dryer a week ago and it was suppose to be delivered between 1 and 5 pm today. It is now after 5 pm and there is no communication on it being delayed. We called and they said they would email the warehouse for someone to reach out to us for an ETA."

"Waiting on a mattress that was supposed to be here yesterday, and it’s not here yet. Unfortunately I’d already gotten rid of the other one because I had to set my new bed and didn’t have room for, and now can’t get my new one until next week. Sleeping on the couch for a week due to XPO being late for delivery is frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend them."

"If it was possible to give them a zero star-- I would. Freight is always damaged and you have to beg the driver to properly report damages.-- They never meet their pick up or drop off timelines and will use any excuse under the sun of why they their equipment doesn't work/ how they damaged or lost freight. If you need a liftgate-- just find another company, theirs are always "busy" or broken."
