"It's unfortunate, I used to love living here but they raised my rent 200$ and now maintenance takes forever, you can't get a hold of the management. The first year I lived here everything was amazing I dont know what happened because now I have kids vandalizing and stealing things from my property. Management does nothing! Im paying extremely more in rent and I feel miserable and unsafe everytime I come home. Not to mention the homeless sleeping in thier cars in front of my unit. Stay away from these townhomes. Update: Finally moved out of these horrible townhomes. I could not believe the lack of support and awful management. Even when they changed to commercial northwest it actually got worse. They charge every nickle and dime you have. They tried to charge me for a maintenance request. Tablerock management was bad but atleast they took care of residents. My heater wasnt working and apparently I needed a new filter but couldn't reach it and commercial northwest said if they needed to send someone out to change it they would charge me. I did change it but with my chair on the stairs to reach it and if I did fall and hurt myself I could of sued for liability which brings me to my next issue of how much they took out of my security deposit. $15 dollars for the hvac filter which I paid for and changed myself. $190 for touch up painting?? I even asked for the color so I could of touched up instead of paying. I kept my place in mint condition I even still had the manuals from the appliances and kept the protective plastic on them. $189 for unit cleaning when I literally polished the stainless steel and cleaned the window and door seals. I did everything on thier move out list and still got bare minimum of my security deposit. I will confidently say who ever does move into my old unit that I took a lot of pride in it. I kept it immaculate. Please read my review. Safe yourself a headache here."
"Wilson Creek Townhomes recently changed property managent companies from Table Rock to Commercial Northwest. I had a problem with the dishwasher which Table Rock sent someone out within a couple weeks and their fix only lasted for 2 washes cycles. They’d never respond to my subsequent inquiries regarding the repair. After Commercial NW took over, I submitted a repair request for the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple days. And the fix has been permanent! I then had an issue with a washing machine that they responded to immediately. They sent 2 techs out at different days/times but it wasn’t fixable. I’ll be getting a new washer in 2 days, all within less than 2 weeks of filing the repair/maintenance request. I’m very thankful that Commercial Northwest Property Management is now in control because they’re quick and responsive. I appreciate that. Heads-up on Whirlpool appliances though. lol. Both units were less than 3 years old and shouldn’t be having such significant issues… Thank you Commercial NW!"
"DON'T MOVE HERE. DON'T DO IT! Owners/ property management reply's are not sincere, total hypocrites out for one thing, your money! They pick and choose what they want to enforce, A 4500 DOLLAR MOVE OUT FEE IN SMALL PRINT if you move out before the lease is up. Yes I said that right, 4500$ . Read the contracts thoroughly because they aren't worth moving to this poophole of a townhouse! You will regret moving here."
"I suggest don't ever rent here. Maintenance is nil to zero..our microwave broke OVER a year ago and they told us to deal with it, garbage area is disgusting, rent is ridiculously expensive, close to $2000, construction is lousy, hand rails were not bolted to a stud, no real storage in kitchen area for a family. I could go on but, trust me, THIS PLACE SUCKS!"
"Experience with The Property management has been horrible. Not as bad lately as People moving out of here as fast as they can. The whole place has a bad vibe. Trash left all around the trash cans. tow trucks that block parking, list goes on and on. If your experience is like ours you will end up getting stuck with a 4000 dollar bill to move out cause you can't stand it anymore. If you are reading this. I'm trying to save you heartache and depression as a result of moving here."
