"Marriot near the amalgamated sugar factory. Smells kind of weird all the time because of the factory and the rooms are VERY dated it’s kind of funny. The folks at the front desk are the best! I had a very sketchy experience with an Uber driver and the woman at the front desk made me feel much safer. Gym, Laundry, healthy food options, parking, and the staff are the highlights for me. I’ve stayed here 4 times so I’ve become quite familiar with the lay of the land."

"Stayed here for 1 night. Not the nicest Marriott property for sure, but considering that it is a small town with limited choices, we were not disappointed. The property was old but clean and maintained. The breakfast was a really good and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

"This hotel is not recommended because the noise from the train is absolutely overwhelming and keeps you up throughout the night. Apparently no attempts were made to decrease outside noise. The highway is also very loud. If you don't mind noise, it is a fine hotel. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was nice. Hot tub was out of order."

"My wife and I recently stayed for one night on our drive south. We found the hotel staff to be professional and friendly. The hotel and room was clean, and everything was working. They have a nice pool, spa, workout room, and guest laundry. The morning breakfast was excellent. They had a large number of hot and cold breakfast items. The breakfast room attendant, Dexter, was excellent. He kept the area clean and well stocked. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area."

"Our room (333) had a bit of an odor. The facility said smoke and pet free, but it smelled a bit like pet urine or possibly mildew in the air conditioner, not sure. Other than that all was well. Staff quite friendly and professional. Breakfast and eating area TOP-NOTCH. EXCELLENT VALUE COMPARED TO THE Pricey Holiday Inn close by. Thanks, Good Job."
