"Got there to check in. The main house was very dirty. Kitchen messy. Alcohol all over and signs up that said no alcohol. It was late so we decided to stay in the studio. No toilet paper. Garbage in the drawer next to the bed. Can opener didn’t work but they brought a working one. All in all pretty unhappy with this visit."

"Great for multiple families that want to share a kitchen and barbecue. Comfortable layout. Big covered patio area and some trees give enough shade. No dogs allowed, but mosquitoes a plenty...lose a star. The creek behind property isn't fit for any recreation, but their is a camp fire!"

"Stayed here overnight. Everything about it is quiet and cozy. It's very clean and inviting, a little off the beaten path yet still close to civilization. Jenn was super nice and accommodating. It's a goldilocks hostel - just right! Would stay here again and would recommend."

"You couldn't ask for a better place to kick up your feet! Not far from the interstate, but far enough away that it is very peaceful! Clean, great value, nice outdoor spaces to relax, very friendly and accommodating!! A nice home away from home feel!"

"A wonderful place: my husband was tired and when I googled this place in the evening he first resisted the idea to go to a "hostel". He was suspicious that the standard would be low. A little later he was the most happy person sitting in the living room of a wonderful host and having a wonderful chat. But this doesn't mean that you have to be social. You can also retreat immediately to your room and just use it like any motel. It's cheap, it's pleasant and the only regret I have is that it's not close to our home in Texas!"
