"If you’re looking for a modern, quiet, and safe community, Breckenridge is the one! I moved in a couple of months ago and have loved being here. My application was received quickly and the staff went above and beyond and were extremely accommodating to help with my move in date. As well as that, they really do care about keeping the community clean, and it shows. Any time I’ve had to put in a maintenance request, they have been extremely responsive and quick to resolve the issue. Like anywhere, rent can be a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected. Overall, I love it here and huge kudos to the staff that ensures that this community remains a safe and clean place to call home."

"We love living here! It’s quiet, safe and modern. Only downside is when we moved in we noticed many unfinished things in our apartment such as paint, corners chipped, and nails just painted over on the walls. They take great care of the landscape and are very prompt with any work orders you put in. One of our favorite things is there are multiple dog trashcans around the complex that have bags and are cleaned regularly. Management is very friendly and approachable and always do their best to accommodate."

"Breckenridge is a great choice if you’re looking for a place to live in the Nampa/Caldwell area. It’s a very quiet, well kept community. The staff are the nicest & extremely helpful with everything! When it comes to work orders, they are super quick. I never waited longer than a day to get something fixed or worked on (all minor things of course). I’ve been here almost a year and I don’t plan on leaving any time soon because I have no complaints about anything. Finding amazing management is not easy. The location is perfect with plenty of shopping options for daily needs, I barely have to leave the area. Highly recommended!"

"Breckenridge is a great place to live. I was part of the very first occupancy in January of 2022 and have been very happy here. The community is pet friendly and enforces the rules, which I really appreciate. There is a lovely community room available to the tenants and a small, but well- equipped gym. I wish there was a kids playground but perhaps that is in the works. Rent is very competitive."

"Keri was EXTREMELY helpful getting us into our townhome! She stayed after hours to make sure I could tour the unit, answered all my questions, and had us signed and ready to move in within a couple of days! She was very kind and so fun to talk to. Even when I was having issues with my bank during the first month, she was very helpful and communicative during the whole process. I love our new place and the community is clean, quiet, and respectful. The location is unbeatable as well. It's so nice being close to everything we need right in the middle of Caldwell and Nampa and close to the freeway. I also love that it's surrounded by fields which makes the short commute to town that much better! My boyfriend and I are very happy with our decision!!!"
