"This is the bestest place to live if you have kids and enjoy peace and quiet. Just kidding... In the course of 15 months there has been almost zero property management. I have sent several different maintenance requests that have been ignored until we practically hounded them. The amenities that were advertised were never opened until these last 2 months. The gym opened finally, however the pool has turned into a swamp that Shrek would be proud of. The apartments and townhouse look great however they are cheaply made with horrible weather stripping ( Bin laden's cave probably had better conditions than this ). You find paint peeling, paint splatters on the windows and walls made from origami paper. If you enjoy eavesdropping as a past time, you LOVE this place. There is a lack if parking everywhere so if you go to the store real quick its like russian roullete on whether you park right in front of your house or need to take a hike. How did they try to solve this you ask? Making the parking spots smaller. Which in turn just causes more door dings to your car from other people's actions. You eat the damage so they can make a quick buck. There is also a lack trash dumpsters causing a large build up of trash in certain areas. The PM attempts to fix this by having multiple trash pick ups a week so is this the PM's fault or the tenants? It looks like a Third World Country's main street sometimes due to people not caring and just YEETING garbage over the wall. Speaking of tenants, Nampa police has shown up over the course of 2 months from anywhere between violent suicidal subjects to warrant arrests and drug busts. There is several tenants that like to speed through the parking lot making it incredibly unsafe for children. Its like a nascar speedway some mornings. There has also been several dog fights as a lot of people do not leash their dogs when they take them out. I assume that they either don't vet their tenants or do not care. So between the cops and dogfights you'll always have dinner and a show. I could not, with a clear mind, recommend this place to anyone."
"If you have kids or dogs, don't even consider moving in here. There's no place for them to play. The backyard is a giant swamp, and the maintenance requests are ignored. Management has known about this for 2 months. The mosquitoes are out of control."
