"Theresa the apartment manager was so rude to us. We applied there and afterwards had to call and email her a lot, she never answered the phone until two weeks later just to tell us we don't qualify to live there because of income we don't even have yet. It's bad them going off of jobs that you can potentially get. Besides that she told me to mark the "I will work or expect to work" even though I told her I was unsure if I wanted to work."

"Theresa was absolutely rude in not even letting us get an application to get on the waiting list because there was an "18 month wait." There is ALWAYS an 18 month wait even though I can clearly see a "available" sign out. And she snottily added that the office was closed to the public without wearing a mask. However in the email she sent me, SHE was the one who told us to come in and pick an application up and that we could apply. She was incredibly rude and snotty for no reason. If this is how you all treat possible renters and customers than I would NOT recommend living here! Learn better customer service and don't be so snotty when someone follows YOUR directions! Awful place!"

"Your manager Theresa was extremely rude to me while I was dropping off my little sister at our mother's house. After pulling up to my mother's, Theresa flashed her brights towards our car and would not stop until I flashed my lights back. After doing so, she pulled head on to my vehicle. And approached the passenger side of my car where my 15 year old sister was sitting. I had to get out of my car and ask her what she was doing. After doing so, standing inches away from my little sister as though she was going to have a physical altercation with a minor. She yelled and told me I was not supposed to be parked here. I stated that I was just dropping off my sister at our mother's house and was not parked until I had to step out of my vehicle. She continued to be completely belligerent and hover my little sister who was not involved in our conversation whatsoever and again is a MINOR. I am in disbelief at the behavior of this grown woman who is the manager at your establishment. After finally walking away from my vehicle she drove off and attempted to hit my vehicle! Who is the hiring manager for this location! The standards must be pretty low to have such an awful person working here."

I was looking forward to being a future tenant by the expirence I've had through applying, lack of communication and charges without being notified and overall very unpleasant to work with. I would not rent from this complex due to the expirence I had"
