"My experience with the Quarry has been the best! They are so helpful and efficient with everything they do, I have had great service in every way. I worked with Cecilia and she was absolutely wonderful, she is so sweet and very knowledgeable. She made the whole touring and application process so seamless and made me feel at home right away! I also got a ton of help from Sydney, she’s truly fabulous! Such a kind and knowledgeable gal, she’s so easy to talk to and very reliable! These ladies have such warm and welcoming personalities. The great deals and beautiful apartments in addition to the amazing staff make this an experience I’d do over again and again."

"No end to the issues with this place. paid an arm a leg to get in an apartment: redecorating fee, deposit, pet deposit plus the standard application and processing fees. Dealt with constant issues with incredibly rude management. I moved out in June, it is now September. I provided my forwarding information, insured the unit was spotless, carpets were thoroughly shampooed, nail holes were filled and walls were touched up, Even replaced blinds on multiple windows because of a few bent slats. I haven’t recognize any correspondence whatsoever. No list of repairs of deductions as is required by law and not a dime of my deposit. No response to any of my emails. Now if I want to see any of the thousands of dollars I paid I am having to file a lawsuit and go to small claims. The loss of that money has significantly impacted my daughters and I as am a severely disabled veteran trying to survive on my VA benefits as a single mom. This place is predatory, the apartments are poorly constructed and extremely drafty in the winter, we were never able to keep our unit warm even after installing heavy curtains in every room and my electric bill was through the roof. I get it, it’s a business, they exist to make money, but in all the years of renting I’ve never had a nastier experience."

"Cheapest possible materials thrown together as quickly as possible. Place is absolute garbage. A/C is nowhere near adequate during summer, blinds all broke by themselves, carpet isn’t properly installed in any room, you can hear everything around you including people just simply walking up the stairs as it shakes the whole building. On top of this the units are just horrendously overpriced. None of this reflects the quality of the staff which has been great. Unfortunately that only goes so far."
