"This place is absolutely incredible! Super accommodating and great staff :) We went as a large group for a school trip and they took care of us so well! The rooms are clean and comfortable (there’s a stove and fridge!). Would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Spokane!"

"Terrible customer service. I called to make sure I could check out early, staff said no problem. Went to check out early and the staff gave me a receipt that had an extra day on it, asked them to fix it and he wouldn't. Told him that I verified I could check out early and he said he would get it fixed and sent back to me. That never happened. I called 3 times to finally get the general manager on the phone, and he said that I couldn't check out early due to less than 24 hours' notice, but my notice was before that window. This place is criminal, and I will never go back! Also, they put me in the worst room possible, as far away from the entrance as possible, right next to the busy freeway. The door lock did not work either."

"I am happy with my stay at this hotel. Here you have a not-too-small sized kitchen, a clean bathroom and a bed well furnished with clean linens. The pillows did not smell. I have terrible asthma and I did not have an asthma attack in my room here. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with a very good rapport."

"I had booked another hotel in the area that said they were pet friendly, but they did not accept cats. My Place was able to get me into a room with my pets no problem. They were great at the front desk, and the room was nice. I'm thankful they were able to help me have a place to stay for the night. Also, the panera being walking distance from the hotel was a nice bonus for dinner and breakfast the next day."
