"Convenient location, great service, friendly and helpful, always clean This last time, I was injured and requested an accessible room. The accessible room required the elevator to go down a floor. When I asked what plan was in place to get people with limited mobility who can't use stairs out of the building in case if emergency when the elevator is not operational, I was told staff would come find me and help me get up the stairs, that I'd see other guests who might be able to help, and that stairs weren't too difficult. I imagined being in a power chair with no ability to bear weight--it would require several people to carry me, and several people to carry my chair up the stairs I'm concerned about safety in this case. Also, the shower was a challenge. The faucet and shower head are on the opposite side of the shower from the seat, so it's not possible to reach the faucet or shower head independently. There's also not a hook for the shower head, so I had to hold it the entire time to keep it from dropping to the floor where I wouldn't be able to use it. The bathroom door was a challenge to close and open from inside the shower. Just not a lot of space to maneuver. The bathroom sink has an angle piece which makes it difficult to get close enough with a wheelchair to reach the faucet. Finally, the front desk clerk had her dog with her. I love dogs and I love that it's a pet friendly hotel. However she was holding it the entire time she was helping people, including with her hands on it's paws. She also stood it up on the he counter that people use to rest their arms on, place belongings on, etc. She didn't wash her hands or the counter after doing these things. Simply unsanitary."

"They have the warmest and friendliest staff ever, here! We stay at this hotel quite a lot and they are used to my husband and I coming and going. We always felt a very warm welcome every time we walked through the doors, and it's definitely our favorite place to stay when we are in town because of it. It definitely helps that it's usually a reasonable price, as well! There's popcorn in the lobby, a wonderful indoor pool, a very nice breakfast, it's always quiet and secure, the beds are comfortable, the WiFi is free and very good, and the rooms are always very clean and spacious. It's conveniently located near the freeway, bus lines, and the mall; and very near important shopping and dining. So, even if you are not familiar with the area, you can easily get anywhere you might want to go. I definitely recommend this hotel! Happy travels!"

"Definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed at. Reasonable rates. Convenient location with restaurants and stores nearby. Rooms are large, clean and well maintained. Employees are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Great breakfast and nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast at 06:00 instead of 06:30 would be nice for those of us who need to be on the road early. Will stay there again when I'm in the area."

"Surprised at the quality of the place. Our King Rm had an extra full-size hide-a-bed along with the standard amenities (mini fridge, coffee maker, and iron to name a few). Nice location within walking distance to a convenient store and easy access to I-90. Breakfast has scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, hot cereal, toast, orange and apple juice, yogurt, and a small variety of other breads. Covered area near entrance is nice to unload during Spokane weather. Would stay here again."

"Nice breakfast area and pool. A very comfortable hotel. Odd configuration, main entry is on the second floor. There is a good elevator. We had a handicapped room, and it suited our needs well."
