"The Hotel is amazing and so clean. This is what you wish all hotels would have for appearance and freshness. The staff is so friendly and willing to help you. I was here for 1 day and only wished i could have stayed longer. The best hotel on my trip hands down. I will be back"

"I traveled from out of state with family and we stayed 5 nights and we got 3 different rooms. Not once did maid service stop by while I was there to see if I needed garbage removed or clean towels or bedding or even check on toilet paper. I spent maybe 95% of my time at the hotel if I wasn't there it was to walk to get something to eat. The young lady that worked mornings at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Everytime I saw her she was cleaning wiping down tables or mopping the floors. The rooms seemed rundown and had a dingy smell to them. I checked my bank account a few hours after check out and noticed there was a $200 charge on my account, I called to find out what that charge was about and they accused me of smoking in the room which I never did. Now I am not only being charged the $200 they are also keeping my $50 deposit too. Yes I'm a smoker but I have enough respect to go outside to smoke. Over all my experience at this Ramada Inn was below par. In all the years I've stayed at a hotel I've never been accused of smoking in the rooms. I will never come back and stay at this Ramada again."

"This is better than your basic hotel. Clean, quiet. It's close to our relatives in Spokane Valley, which is why we chose it. Breakfast is adequate, biscuits and gravy, hot cakes. However, their service is awesome! We needed an extra room at the last minute, and they gave us the rate we had online, early in the morning, and we're just so kind."

"Friendly check-in experience. The halls have been re-carpeted and were still bouncy! My room was clean, and I loved the Dove toiletries. The parking lot was sketchy, but I'm not sure what the hotel could do about that. Outside doors locked appropriately. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about."

"I waited 5 days to post this after sending a message to Wyndham Corporate and not hearing back. I'm a new Wyndham Rewards member and not familiar with most of their hotels. However my Dad and I had just stayed at another Wyndham owned property (also considered 2*) in Montana for 5 nights so I expected the same level of cleanliness and care. I was so wrong. I should've read reviews before booking a night at this location. First impression upon pulling up/checking in was OK. It's a little run down but we're only staying one night so no biggie. We got to our room and at 1st glance it was dated but not bad. Then I accidentally spilled some water on the floor near the bathroom and went to wipe it up with a washcloth. The once white washcloth had dark brown dirt all over it and it wasn't from us as we'd just arrived in the room. So my Dad got another washcloth and got it soapy with the dawn dish soap I always bring with me, and he wiped the laminate area. It was again brown and that was my 1st clue that we may need to leave. I went into the bathroom and was overwhelmed by the smell of urine. The toilet looked clean but I'm unsure if it had been sanitized or the floor had been mopped. I also noticed the tub was dirty, like there was a ring around it and debris in the bottom, and the shower curtain had a red stain on it. So I went to inspect the rest of the room and found some gross surprises that I'm leaving pictures of. I wanted to leave but we'd already unloaded the car and we're hungry and so tired from driving 9 hours. I did inspect the bedding & mattresses. No sign of bugs but there was a yellow stain on one of the bed spreads so I removed that from the bed. I also noticed one of the walls looked dirty with smudges on it, a very large area of wall. In another picture you'll see that there's another smaller red stain on the wall in a different area. It looked like dried blood to me. Later I went to the manager to get replacement washcloths from the manager on duty. I said to him that we needed some new ones due to floor being dirty & needing to use them to clean the floor but it was like he wasn't listening or maybe just didn't care. Upon checking out the person at the desk didn't ask how the stay was. Do yourself a favor and spend $20-40 more and stay at a different hotel. At this point I'm grateful we didn't get bed bugs or scabies. It's been 3 business days since I emailed Wyndham Corporate and no response yet (they guarantee a response within 48 business hours). Please don't believe the other responses from management on here that they will do better, because they haven't and I don't see that changing anytime soon."
