"Horrible horrible service.managment is very rude they dont care about the safety or health of there tenants they yell and scream at u they wont clean the rooms cockroaches bed bugs dirty dirty rooms way over priced the management even takes the anger over there tenants on there tenants kids they refuse to refund you. They lie and say they will work with you and wont i can keep going on n on they diff should be shut down and the health department should diff investigate. Only person that is worth anything is the maintenance and housekeeper family they do there best and leo is the best person there,and the owners take advantage over him even."

"I checked in and went to sleep almost immediately. The mattress was not on the frame correctly and when I rolled over it tipped up in the air and woke me up. I got up and went to see if I could fix it and thats when I noticed the infestation that you will see in the videos/pictures. I have identified these insects as more than likely to be German Cockroaches which can be harmful to humans due to a bacteria that is not native to this area and can make you really sick. I tried to complain but I cant get ahold of anyone and something tells me that they probably dont care. We will be able to tell by the response I get from this review. **I have to edit the videos and trim them down to less than 30 seconds before I can post them. They are pending."

"I checked in on a Friday. Had to hunt down the "maid" on Saturday and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. She mumbled something and waved toward my room. ? Okay. I suppose I can wait a bit. By 5 pm I went to the front desk only to be told she wasn't working anymore today. Okay. Sunday I essentially repeated the steps I took the previous day with the same result. Monday is here, the front desk told me at 12:00 noon that the maid just drove off and I could get the clean items when she returns. At 5 pm I returned to the front desk only to be told, "Tomorrow, okay!" No, actually, its NOT Okay! But I haven't much of a choice, now do I? Its very much NOT Okay!"
