"Dr. Silakoski and her staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Silakoski has the ability to make you feel like you are her only patient. She is very easy to talk to and she ask questions to ensure that she had all the information about my current medical condition. She reviewed my medical history and current medications and ordered a test to confirm a diagnosis. It was quick professional, and the best part was I started feeling better 24 hours after my treatment. A huge thank you to Dr. Silakoski and her staff."

"We joined NIDPC on a recommendation. My first appointment was great! Dr. Silakoski is warm and friendly. Very relaxed and laid back environment. I really liked her but it was odd to be in a room next to the waiting room with very thin walls. You can hear everything being said in that room. She made me feel that we could easily address the issues I came into see her for and set a plan. That is when I began to see that this office is not as it seems. I had to follow up multiple times to get the items that we discussed, appointments scheduled, medications received. Some things got resolved, most did not. You pay monthly and you do ALL the work. Emailing, calling, following up...this is a constant. They are completely disorganized, disjointed, no one talks to each other or knows what to do. I came back in for a follow-up appointment to get some treatments under way. Nope, didn't happen. I came in for the appointment and Dr. Silakoski and the front desk gal were sitting there talking, telling a personal story while I stood there. It wasn't until Dr. Silakoski was done with her story, did they then proceed to have me go into a room. This unprofessionalism just continued. I needed a refill, called and requested and it was WEEKS and nothing. No response, no follow-up. I had to go in the office in-person and sit there and WAIT until they did it. Each person more confused and unsure what to do then the next. AND to top it all off, when I tried to get things accomplished it was only then did they say she was on a leave for 8 weeks. Why are we paying you monthly to not get services, calls returned, prescriptions filled, or pretty much anything and we can't even see our doctor? I am not the only patient in this practice that felt this way. I do not understand why there aren't more honest reviews. Dr. Silakoski is personally a very nice person. She and her office are in over their head, are disorganized and horrible with communication. I would NOT recommend you pay this office to be their patient. There are too many other good DPC's around to tolerate being treated like a 2nd class citizen and that what you need doesn't matter."

"I've suffered from chronic CH for over a year now. After a nightmare ER visit I now suffer from sudden onset E.P.S.E. Both conditions chronic, difficult to treat affectively, and ruin the life of the patient. Dr. S sat with me for 2 hours on our first meeting to collect information and gain a personal insight into my suffering and dismal quality of life. I've followed her treatment regiment exactly and have seen huge improvements with everything we are doing to get me back into my younger healthy self. I no longer suffer the greatest pain imaginable every day, and have got a lasso around the cluster headaches so that they don't blow up out of control- which was happening weekly before treatment with DR S. My EPSE is permanent but Dr S has a way to keep it under control and applied the brakes on it so it doesn't keep degenerating. I've seen over 22 doctors in this area. yes thats every office in the cda area. DR S is top 3 if not #1. when she listens to you, you can tell she is finding and tailoring a health plan for you. Almost all other doctors I've seen don't go near the level of care DR S does. I feel like she actually cares about how my day to day life is and wants me to feel my best so that I can be my best. I was lucky to find a good DR who cares, I am very thankful ,I would suffer beyond imagination if it weren't for the care team at North idaho DPC. Thank you all so much. It may take years to get back to my old invincible self. I'm confident I'll get there with the help of DR S. Thankyou. -connor"

"North Idaho direct has been the most convenient, helpful, and personalized health care our family has ever received. We put off joining for so long thinking it would be more expensive but it turns out our insurance gives us a discount for being members of DPC. So in the end, we are spending less while still keeping our insurance and have much better care and direct access to a doctor. Everyone in the office is friendly and kind. The system is amazing! As a busy mom, I appreciate how they make each process so easy and respond quickly. I love being able to text and call my doctor directly when I have questions. Dr Odom is great with kids and really cares about our health. Dr Odom is the first doctor to ever call me and discuss my health and concerns. We are so happy to have found such a great doctor."
