"I desperately needed funding to pay my rent. It was a very time sensitive matter & I, very unfortunately, was given Juli Bardgett who did not do her job. I asked her multiple times to fill out one form that the company was waiting for to help me pay my rent.. long story short, the funding is over now & now it's a possibility that my son and I will be homeless. I will obviously never confide in her again. This was just one of the issues she caused for me. She also denied and minimized the main reason I came to counseling for, I was shocked. She caused a lot of damage to my already stressful situation."

"My boyfriend has been trying for months to get in, they finally scheduled him and they called and rescheduled his appointment. We were busy so he ended up missing it. He called again today to schedule another appointment and they told him they can’t see him anymore due to him not showing up multiple times and rescheduling. When they were the ones who rescheduled his first appointment. He only missed one appointment and they’re trying to say he missed two. Then they said he rescheduled twice. When today was the first time he called to reschedule. I wouldn’t recommend going because they ruin your chances at seeking the help you need."

"This place is awfull they tell you for three weeks they cant see you beacuse they are fighting with insurance, then you get to go but they call you two weeks in a row telling your counselor isn't in then you miss a day beacuse well all of the times they have canceled on you so they call you telling you they are taking you off the schedule what a joke!!!"

Jennifer is also amazing and has helped me be able to stay with my therapist. Lake city counseling is the smoothest and efficiently ran clinic in the area. I wouldn't go anywhere else!"
