I thought this place might tend to have a more natural approach and search for the real issue, not just prescribe meds, but I left after the second visit with 2 prescriptions and plans for him to stick me on another one. None of which addressed the issue, just put a bandaid on it. Prescription meds are given out like candy too often with drs. While dr Torquato is kind, I will be looking for someone now who will address the actual issue. I had my first apt yesterday with Dr Torquato. I genuinely believe he is on the right track to finding the root cause of the issue I went in for....he listens to the patient and their medical history, something I've found other practitioners lacking in that area. He seems kind and compassionate. The only negative is that I can never get through to the office or receive a call back. I had an issue with meds and I'm not able to reach the office...same when I was initially making the apt, could not get through after days of trying."
